Pritchard has a leak in the roof of their gym. With the weather as it is we had to change some games for tomorrow 2/28 and next Saturday 3/7. A wet gym floor is just not safe to play on.

Here are the changes. Please pass these on to whatever teams are affected. Also let me know by email that you understand that your team is affected so I can make sure everyone got the word..

8:30 C division 2nd Flight semi-final game moved to Trinity @ 2:45pm tomorrow Saturday 2/28.
9:30 C division 3rd Flight semi-final game moved to Trinity @ 1:45pm tomorrow Saturday 2/28.
10:30 C division 5th Flight game moved to Pritchard @ 7:00pm on Tuesday March 3rd.
11:45 GC division Championship Flight Championship game moved to Albemarle Rd. at 12:00 noon tomorrow Saturday 2/28.
12:45 GE division Championship Flight game moved to Avondale at 2:45pm tomorrow Saturday 2/28.
1:45 GD division 2nd Flight semi-final game moved to Pritchard @ 8:00pm on Tuesday March 3rd.
2:45 GE division 2nd Flight semi-final game moved to Mulberry @ 2:45pm tomorrow Saturday 2/28.

This also means that the Championship games in the Boys C 2nd Flight and 3rd Flight will be moved.
They were scheduled at Trinity. Now they will be moved as follows:

C 2nd Flight Championship game will be played at Mulberry Baptist at 11:45am on Saturday 3/7.
C 3rd Flight Championship game will be played at Mulberry Baptist at 12:45pm on Saturday 3/7.

Since we cannot predict the weather the following games will be moved from Pritchard on Saturday 3/7:

Girls D division 2nd Championship game will be moved to Mulberry Baptist at 10:30am
Boys E division 2nd Flight semi-final will be moved to Mulberry Baptist at 8:30am
Boys E division 4th Flight semi-final will be moved to Mulberry Baptist at 9:30am

There has to be a site change for this Saturday 2/28. All games scheduled at University Park must be changed to the Park South location. University Park has a Gospel concert at the Beatties Ford location. I am sorry for the inconveience, but sometimes these things cannot be helped. All game times are the same. The teams and game times are listed below.

GA Division 2nd Flight: 63 MPP5 is at Myers Park Pres. @ 1:15 on 2/21, 64 MPP6 is at Myers Park Baptist @ 11:30 on 2/21
GB Division 2nd Flight: 102 MPP2 is at Providence @ 10:30am on 2/21
GC Division 2nd Flight: 151 TRI is at Trinity @ 8:30 on 2/21
GC Division 3rd Flight: 143 FMB is at Trinity @ 11:45 on 2/21

Here are the A, GA, B, GB, C & GC tournament brackets.

There are some teams that play 2 games this Saturday and some that play 2 games on the 28th. In order to complete the tournament in 2 Saturdays so the season would not be prolonged into March for the A B & C divisions this had to be done. There should be enough time between games that the children get rest. All games played on the 21st are hi-lighted in red. If you play a game during the week they are hi-lighted in blue. All games played on the 28th are in bold black.

I know that some coaches coach more than one team. I tried to schedule the games so the coaches could make all their games during the first round. During the tournament it is very hard to do. After the first round it become almost impossible. If your games are played at the same time hopefully you have a good assistant coach. Please check for typos. If you find any or have any questions please contact me ASAP.

The D, GD, E, GE tournament brackets will be ready by Sunday afternoon 2/22 (At least that is the plan). Their tournament will begin on 2/28.
